When Xiaomi launched its flagship smartphone Mi 11 earlier this year, the company skipped the Pro variant which was used to be a part of the series from day one. The standard Xiaomi Mi 11 was released in China in December 2020 and internationally it went for sale in February 2021. So far, Xiaomi didn't say anything about the release date of the Pro model, but we have already been getting leaks on the price, specs, and release date.

While we are expecting the Xiaomi Mi 11 to be part of a series, there will be lite or ultra variants as well. We are waiting for that to be the case though, so for now, we have various rumors and leaks of the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro. A Weibo user has recently revealed that the Mi 11 Pro will be launched somewhere in mid-March. He also suggested that the flagship smartphone will be launched alongside the Mi 11 Pro Ultra. This is still a rumor but it aligns with another rumor that predicts the launch of the phone in March.

The Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro is said to retain the design of the Mi 11 but there will be some upgrades in the areas of photography and charging speed. The Mi 11 Pro will have a periscope telephoto lens and 120W fast charging technology that is similar to the technology on Mi 10 Extreme Commemorative edition. Further, the Mi 11 Pro is expected to feature a 6.8-inch quad curved display with a resolution of 3200x1400p.

The display will feature a 120Hz refresh rate and 480 touch sampling rate. Recently, a set of renders appeared online. The renders give us a look at the rear camera design of the Pro variant. Numerous reports suggest that the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro will feature a massive 4,700mAh battery and Xiaomi's blazing-fast 120W wired charging technology.

Xiaomi Note 10 series is one of the most awaited smartphone series that is expected to be launched later this week. Much like its predecessor Redmi Note 9 series, the new lineup is going to have more than one devices - that includes standard Redmi Note 10 and all the way up to the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max. In recent weeks, we have seen several leaks about the upcoming devices, which have given us lots of hints on the design and hardware specs. However, nothing was official until now.

Xiaomi India's Managing Director, Manu Kumar Jain, recently tweeted to announce that the Redmi Note series is finally going to use AMOLED panels with the upcoming Redmi Note 10 series. The tweet states: "Excited to share that #RedmiNote10 series will feature #SuperAMOLED display - 1st TIME EVER ON a #RedmiNote!"

He also uploaded a short clip that displays results from a Twitter poll that was conducted last year by the company. The poll asked users to choose between a 120Hz LCD panel and a standard AMOLED display panel. As anyone can guess, an overwhelming majority of poll participants choose AMOLED screen over the high refresh rate LCD panel. Although the poll is not active on the social network it seems the company decided to go with the user's opinion. N the video, the company further mentions that the Redmi Note 10 series will feature not just any OLED display but a super AMOLED panel.

There isn't anything on the refresh rate from official sources, but earlier leaks suggest that the company may include the top-of-the-line Redmi Note 10 Pro Max may include a 120Hz super AMOLED display. If that's the case, the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max will definitely be in the news for having a super AMOLED display on the budget in 2021.

The Redmi Note 10 series will be a 4G device that will run MIUI 12 out of the box. It features a quad-camera system on the rear side with a 64MP primary camera sensor, a wide-angle camera, a macro camera, and a depth sensor. It will be powered by a large 5,050mAh battery along with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB internal storage. The vanilla 6.53-inch FHD+ display and will run on Qualcomm's SM7 15 processor platform. The device also includes a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a triple camera setup on the rear, and a single selfie camera sensor within a waterdrop-style notch on the front.

The Redmi K series has already established itself as one of the budget-friendly smartphone series with almost premium-like features. The K series span from a mid-range device to the more expensive one. Now, recently, Redmi has come up with the K40 series and we are actually going through the good and bad in these three smartphones.

We have the Redmi K40, K40 pro, and the K40 Pro Plus in the series. The three phones may vary in prices and specs but they also share some common specs as well. All three phones in the K40 series are equipped with a 6.7-inch OLED display screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, with Redmi claiming the A+ rating for the display from DisplayMate.

All of these phones are also powered with a 4,520mAh battery with 33W wired charging and a 20M selfie camera that is center-mounted in a punch-hole cutout. These three phones also shared the microphone for audio capabilities, dual stereo speaker, and IP53 rating for water resistance. All of these phones are available in black, white, and fantasy colors.

The Redmi K40 Pro Plus features a 108MP triple rear camera system with a 108MP primary camera sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 5MP telephoto macro shooter. The K40 Pro features a 64MP primary camera along with the other two cameras same as K40 Pro Plus. The standard K40 offers a 48MP primary camera whereas the rest of the camera system is the same. The Redmi K40 offers is powered by Snapdragon 870 processing chip. It is not the latest chip but fast enough to deliver power for video games and a desired smooth visual experience.

Redmi K40 Pro and Pro Plus features a Snapdragon 888 processor along with Wi-Fi 6E connectivity. Redmi K40 Pro Plus, which is only available in a 12GB/256GB model. Redmi K40 Pro starts at 2,799 yuan (~$434) for the 6GB/128GB option, 2,999 yuan (~$465) for the 8GB/128GB variant, and 3,299 yuan (~$511) for the 8GB/256GB version. The standard Redmi K40 will set you back 1,999 yuan (~$310) for the 6GB/128GB model, 2,199 yuan (~$341) for the 8GB/128GB variant, 2,499 yuan (~$387) for the 8GB/256GB tier, and 2,499 yuan (~$387) for the 12GB/256GB device.

The Xiaomi Mi 11 was unveiled last year in December in China and now its debuts worldwide earlier this week. We expected the company to introduce the Mi 11 Lite and Mi 11 Pro at the event, but for some reason, it didn't happen. Mi 11 was also the first smartphone to be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 888 Soc. While the company hasn't launched other phones we know how the Mi 11 Ultra looks like. Recently, a Filipino Youtuber uploaded a video on his channel Tech Buff PH. that shows the hands-on-review of Mi 11 Ultra.

The Mi 11 Ultra carries the model number M2102K1G. The video gives a brief introduction to the camera and its exterior design. The Mi 11 Ultra features a triple camera system at the rear side. The camera module is quite big and features two large sensors alongside teh periscope lens. As per the leaks, the smartphone will feature a 120X zoom camera with a surprisingly fresh tiny display next to the camera system.

According to the leaks, the smartphone is likely to have a large 6.8-inch OLED display with WQHD+ resolution with 120Hz refresh rate. The front camera is placed inside a hole-punch cutout at the front display that features a 20MP camera sensor. The phone is tipped to have a 50MP primary camera sensor, a 48MP ultrawide lens, and a 48MP periscopic telephoto zoom lens. This will a huge upgrade from its predecessor. The phone features LDPDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 internal storage. The device comes with a 5,000mAh battery and 67W fast wired charging 67 wireless charging, and 10W reverse charging.

Redmi is doing great with a growing number of units being sold. According to sources, Redmi has already sold around 200 million Note series devices. Redmi Note 10 series is the next smartphone due to release in India and just before the launching date, the Global VP of Xiaomi, Manu Kumar Jain has posted a tweet teasing the launch of the Redmi Note 10 in India. The tweet was retweeted and shared by employees and fans of Redmi Note series.

Every video of them includes a #SM10thChallenge. In the video, he says that the company will be making an announcement on Feb 10 at 10:00 IST. Redmi Note 9 series was launched back in March 2020, that features a 60Hz LCD. Although a high refresh rate wasn't a trend earlier last year, the realme 6 pro came with 90Hz panels. Still, Xiaomi managed to sell a good amount of Note 9 series in the region. We don't know if the Note 10 series devices would have LCD or AMOLED display, but it is likely that it would come with 90Hz or 120Hz to compete with the latest smartphones.

As per news and leaks, there will be two devices inside the Note 10 series - Redmi Note 10 vanilla model and Note 10 Pro. The former will be available in white, green, or grey colors, while the latter will be available in bronze, blue, and grey variants. As for specs, nothing is final unless we have any words from the official sources or we have the phone in our hands. The devices have already received India's BIS certification. The Note 10 will feature 4/6GB RAM while the Note 10 Pro will feature 6/8GB RAM with 64GB and 128GB internal storage.
