Red Magic 5S is purely about gaming and powerful processing. It offers a great cooling system, long-lasting battery life, a customizable gaming ability, and a 144Hz display refresh rate. But while it is more focused on gaming features, ilacksck every-day details. The smartphone has an RGB rear panel with pressure-sensitive zones, and a built-in cooling fan to prevent the smartphone from getting hot while you play games on it. The phone is powered by Qualcomm SM8250 Snapdragon 865 processor. The phone is protected by corning Gorilla glass and has a large 6.65-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen which offers an HD resolution of 10x80 x 2340 pixels.
Red Magic 5S is powered by Android 10 on the backend and uses the Red Magic 3.0 user interface layout. The smartphone houses a triple camera on the rear side with 64 primary cameras, an 8MP ultrawide camera lens, a 2MP macro, and a 2MP depth sensor. For the front photography, it uses an 8MP wide-angle camera sensor that takes great selfies. To keep the phone running for long hours, it uses a non-removable Li-Po 4,500mAh battery with fast charging support up to 55W. You can charge the phone's battery from 0 to 15% in just 15 min, and 100% in 40 min as advertised by the company. You can purchase the phone in two colors such as silver, blue, and red.
Another amazing feature of the phone is its ability to shoot 8K videos at 15fps, 4K videos at 30fps or 60fps, or HD videos at 30fps, 60fps, 120fps, and 240fps. The phone has 3.0 USB, Wi-Fi connectivity options. The smartphone does not support extending an external memory. The phone has built-in memory options in 8GB, 12GB, 16GB RAM with 128GB, 256GB internal storage options. It has an under-display fingerprint sensor that uses optical sensors.
OnePlus 9 Pro is the premium flagship smartphone of the series and carries a trademark camera by Hasselblad. Let's talk about its design specifically. To be honest, as a premium smartphone, the device hasn't done any experiment with the design and comes with a slightly heavier body as compared to the other competing devices available in the market.
But the good news that the phone features a great build quality with OnePlus' unique AG-glass processing. The phone comes in three different colors, and among these three options, Pine Green variant is the most impressive one. The only cons we could find is the placement of the fingerprint scanner, which is too close to the bottom and may require you to stretch your thumb a little bit to access it.
One Plus Pro features a display made of LPTO O-Led, a new display material that helps phones to reduce power consumption even at an excellent high-refresh rate display. But that doesn't mean you get any longer battery life. OnePlus 9 Pro is one of the devices that don't overheat easily. The company has come up with a pretty conservative energy strategy to protect the phone from being overheated. If you continue to play video games for a long period of time, and the phone gets hotter than 47C, you might experience a performance degradation.
OnePlusl 9 Pro is using hybrid focus technology that enables you to take pictures with really quick focusing speed. Most of the samples taken by the primary camra are impressive and show a natural richness of colors that is pleasant to watch. The night photography also shows stunning photography and has an improved noise control over its predecessor. Along with the primary camera, you also get an ultra-wide angle lens. Both camera sensors support up to 8k video shots at 30fps. As a final verdict, we would call it a good catch for anyone interested in mobile photography alone, but if you are into video games, probably this isn't the phone for you.
We all love to play video games on our smartphones but playing video games like pubG or other games with complex controls aren't a natural fit for handheld devices due to tapping and swiping limitations. But this is going to change with Xiaomi's latest gaming smartphone released earlier this year. It had a display with a magic touch feature that reduces the friction. The phone relies on the device sensitive display that let you reassign controls to a more convenient location on the display. It works similar to 3D touch on the iPhone and changes the screen's response depending on how hard you push on it, except is more useful.
You can activate the magic touch feature while playing the video game in the landscape mode. To activate in-game you need to swipe in from the top right corner of the screen. It will ask you to choose which two button mappings you would like to change, and where you would like to have them on the display. Obviously, the way you choose is entirely up to you, but the idea here is to reduce finger movement while you are playing the game.
PUBG on mobile is a great example to illustrate the difference between regular display and shark 2's pressure sensitive screen. Originally, PUBG's controls put the sprint button where you naturally place your finger. Magic touch let us create a secondary action right over the sprint button, that when pressed opens the inventory on the right side without lifting a finger. Magic touch isn't limited to one game. You can use it on any landscape-oriented game that has controls. However, this kind of screen is available only with Xiaomi Shark 2. So try buying this phone if you are crazy about video games and even play on your smartphone.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 was unveiled last year in December in China and now its debuts worldwide earlier this week. We expected the company to introduce the Mi 11 Lite and Mi 11 Pro at the event, but for some reason, it didn't happen. Mi 11 was also the first smartphone to be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 888 Soc. While the company hasn't launched other phones we know how the Mi 11 Ultra looks like. Recently, a Filipino Youtuber uploaded a video on his channel Tech Buff PH. that shows the hands-on-review of Mi 11 Ultra.
The Mi 11 Ultra carries the model number M2102K1G. The video gives a brief introduction to the camera and its exterior design. The Mi 11 Ultra features a triple camera system at the rear side. The camera module is quite big and features two large sensors alongside teh periscope lens. As per the leaks, the smartphone will feature a 120X zoom camera with a surprisingly fresh tiny display next to the camera system.
According to the leaks, the smartphone is likely to have a large 6.8-inch OLED display with WQHD+ resolution with 120Hz refresh rate. The front camera is placed inside a hole-punch cutout at the front display that features a 20MP camera sensor. The phone is tipped to have a 50MP primary camera sensor, a 48MP ultrawide lens, and a 48MP periscopic telephoto zoom lens. This will a huge upgrade from its predecessor. The phone features LDPDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 internal storage. The device comes with a 5,000mAh battery and 67W fast wired charging 67 wireless charging, and 10W reverse charging.
Vivo officially teased its upcoming smartphone with 5G network support in a video. This will be called the Vivo x30. The device is teased to be released in December and is now confirming some of its specs though various video teasers. The smartphone is expected to be powered by the latest processing chip by Samsung - Exynos 980 5G chipset. Vivo's big phone seems to have a long-range zoom camera. The company released two official teasers of the phone. A still in the video teases a focal range of 16mm to 135mm, as well as a variable aperture range of f/1.8 to f/3.0. The variable aperture values belong to the zoom lens. Vivo called the lens "super-telephoto" and the second teaser for the phone confirms its 60x zoom capabilities.
The video is in the Chinese language. It says, "Zoom in, then zoom in again. 60x super zoom, more than you can see". This would be a periscope-style camera that Huawei P30 Pro and Oppo Reno 10x zoom edition have already used. We don't know how the camera will be different from Huawei and Oppo but so far, this will be the highest zoom capabilities we have seen on a phone so far. The P30 Pro offers 50x digital zoom, while the Oppo Reno 10x goes up to 60x digital zoom. There is no official word on the optical or hybrid zoom values of the Vivo X30 yet, but it is likely 60x digital zoom as well.
The video shows a glimpse of the back of the phone that shows a stacked triple camera array and a separate rectangular camera, possibly the zoom camera on the side. The smartphone was previously tipped to sport a 64MP + 8MP + 13MP + 2MP quad camera setup. There's a Pro version also expected, with a 60MP + 13MP + 13MP +12MP configuration. Other noteworthy specs expected from Vivo's X30 series phones include 90Hz display, 44W flash charge, and a 32MP selfie shooter.
Being one of the most complete and inclusive video converter available today, Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate has received a lot of attention lately, but is it really as good a video toolbox as it claims to be? We tried it out and found that it is one of those rare instances where everything they said about the video converter was actually true.
Video Format Conversion
The most basic functions expected of a video converter is of course, changing the format and Wondershare Video Converter delivers on that. Have you ever wondered how to convert MP4 to MP3? Well, Wondershare can do that for you in minutes or even seconds. The same applies for MP4 to WAV conversion, MXF to MP4 conversion, MOV to MP4 conversion and just about every other video format conversion you can think of because the Wondershare video toolbox supports more than 1,000 conversion formats. This includes all the 4K video formats, as well as some of the VR video formats as well.
Support for All Devices
After the conversion to the required format, the videos ran flawlessly run on all Apple devices (iPad, iPod, iPhone, Apple TV), Android devices, Xbox One, Sony PSP and even some of the VR headsets. There's support for a much wider range of devices as well, but you will have to visit their official site for the detailed info on that.
What was most impressive about the Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate is the speed it offers because it's blazing fast, especially when compared to other converters in the market. True to their promise of providing a 30x faster conversion rate, the speed really is impressive with huge videos being converted in a matter of minutes. Wondershare achieves this by combining its propriety APEXTRANS technology with the computer's own GPU and CPU prowess. It would help if you have a powerful PC with a decent graphics card and processor, but the conversion rate will be a lot faster than others on any computer. To top it all off, Wondershare allows the conversion of multiple videos at once and in different format. Batch conversions in different formats, coupled with the speed we just discussed, puts Wondershare miles ahead of the competition.
Burn to DVD and Blu-ray
Aside from the conversion, the video converter can also burn your videos directly onto a DVD or a Blu-ray disc in any format of your choice. Of course, you can also do the same from a traditional ISO image as well if you need to and the process is surprisingly faster than on any other DVD burner software we have used so far.
Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate allows the user to download any video from over 10,000 video-hosting websites, which include the obvious names of YouTube and Dailymotion. But irrespective of whether the video was downloaded from a website, shot from your camera or sent to you by someone, the video converter lets you edit it as much as you need to with its inbuilt video editor.
There's just so much more included in this video toolbox like a screen recorder, a GIF maker, a metadata editor for the videos and even TV casting options. It's hard not to recommend this product to anyone looking for a comprehensive, one-stop solution to all his/her video conversion/making/editing needs, especially since it's possible to Try Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate for free!
GoPro action cameras are loaded with the best features available that enable users to capture the most exciting action scenes wherever they go. These digital devices aren't only capable of creating high-quality videos in 4K resolution but also producing super-clear 12MP still photographs. When talking about video processing, GoPro has the effective editing tools that can help you produce the best video content in style. Even though the makers of GoPro have their own video editing app, wouldn't it be great to look for an excellent alternative that could also deliver the same results?

Why use VideoProc in 4K video processing and compressing?
VideoProc is not a direct alternative to GoPro Quik, Studio, Windows Movie Maker, Adobe Premier Elements, iMovie...but a solid software solution to process and touch up large HD / 4K footages from GoPro cameras in an easier way.
If you are into video processing, then you probably at least have a decent GPU in your PC, but no other video processing software takes advantage of that GPU like VideoProc. Instead of only taking partial assistance from your graphics card, you will be able to edit GoPro video files and process 4K video with Full GPU acceleration, which can increase the 4K video transcoder speed by as much as 47 times, while preserving 98% video audio quality of the original media file so it's the best software for GoPro iPhone 4K videos.
4K to 1080p - How to Process and Reduce GoPro iPhone 4K videos
Normally, a 30-min 4K 60fps video will devour the 32Gb iPhone, the video at the length of 1h48min can exhaust 64Gb memory space and 4 hours and a half will eat off the 128Gb iPhone space. Have some exciting GoPro iPhone footages in HD or 4K and want the best way to edit it? Try VideoProc to compress and reduce 4K video to store more videos.
Besides, it has a wide range of useful tools and options that will help you make your GoPro film truly professional - Delete unwanted elements in the footage, insert smooth animated transitions between video segments, apply a slow-motion effect to emphasize the most spectacular moments, add background music, and more!
Start making your GoPro movie right now - download and get VideoProc full license for PC or Mac and follow the editing tips in the tutorial below.

Step 5. Save the format adjustment, and then click Run to start the 4K video processing.
Perfect for Processing and Editing Any Video
The in-built GoPro iPhone editor in VideoProc is not only limited to editing 4K video shot from a GoPro Camera mind you, because it can handle any 4K video (all other resolutions are also supported of course) via any other devices such as DJI, iPhone, Android smartphones, camcorders, digital cameras, DSLRs, etc. as well.
Nevertheless, VideoProc is particularly useful for editing GoPro videos to remove all that shaking and blurring which inevitably becomes part of the footage when you are using a GoPro camera on the move. There's also the option to remove fisheye, or merge multiple clips together to form one complete video. Al the edit feature can be found in the Toolbox.

Microsoft launched its first Smart augmented reality Glass, called "HoloLens" few days ago along with Windows 10. This augmented reality kit has its own computing power, rivaling that of current laptops, and spacial sound technology for holographic processing, able to understand what you are looking at, understand your voice, and run without any wires, processing terabytes of information in real time. No phone is required, no PC connection, and, as we mentioned, no cables even, which is really crazy.
The Holo Studio was also announced a platform that allows you to create for the new Windows Holographic experience and the HoloLens device in a jiffy. The demonstration showed a quad-copter being imagined and created with Holo Studio, then 3D-printed as a physical object. Wired magazine sat down with Microsoft's CEO Satya Nadella, and featured the cool new products and services developed under his supervision long and hard, but what attracted our attention were the details about HoloLens.
Microsoft is apparently planning to roll the headgear to influential opinion-makers at first, the kind of folks that would give TED talks, for instance, and engage the ever-critical development community to take a long and hard look at what can be done with the holographic abilities of HoloLens, only then rolling them out to retail, so that your kid can play 3D Minecraft with their buddies. To know More about Microsoft HoloLens, Check out the Infographic below detailing its build and abilities, and also Microsoft's Official Promo video below.

In the most of the ads, Samsung brags about the Corning Gorilla Glass 4 panels used on the Galaxy S6 edge and it might have a good reason for that.
Both the back and the dual-curved 5.1-inch Super AMOLED display have protected by Corning's latest. A Korean video demonstrated the true strength of the glass panels used in Galaxy S6 edge through a brutal drop test.
In the video, the woman first shows the display working normally and then slams the phone three times on the floor. The result was rather impressive with the phone sustaining next to no damage.
That's hardly a scientific approach to testing the toughness, but it should certainly give Galaxy S6 owners some extra piece of mind even if they do drop their new and expensive phone, chances are it won't mind too much.
Tesco was keen to mark the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S6 with as much bang as possible and went all out sending a unit into space. Tied to a special space balloon, the smartphone is accompanied by a trio of GoPro cameras monitoring its every move.

Now, apparently, a different device will need to be shipped to the lucky winner, as we don't see this one making it back to planet Earth in one piece.

Director Alejandro G. Iñárritu's Academy Award-winning film Birdman is a dark comedy set almost entirely in one theater and shot to look like a single take. Iñárritu's follow-up film is pretty much the polar opposite of that, although it's Oscar ambition seems equally apparent.

Samsung launched the Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 edge+ earlier yesterday, Choosing between two phablet devices with the same performance specs (Octa-core 4GB), display size (5.7") and resolution (QHD). However, in the same time they are two very different devices with distinct target audiences.
It's no wonder then that picking one of the two is a tough call, which mostly hangs on whether you'd ever think of using the S Pen. It would appear, though, that there's more to consider, as Chrissy Teigen will quickly have you convinced in the video below.
Having a model talk about smartphones certainly brings a fresh perspective, and surprised as you may be, she does appreciate the S Pen. Ultimately, though, she goes for the Galaxy S6 edge+, and we suspect that "Pippa" might have had a say on the matter.
Samsung revealed the Galaxy Note5 last week on the Unpacked 2015 event. The flagship phablet doesn't pack a curved display, but it packs a curved back glass.
The first Note5 drop Test YouTube video for the, shows us just how fragile the curved glass design on the Note5 actually is. A drop from around 1 meter, which is usual waist height, instantly cracked the unit's back, resulting in an extensive and nasty spider web crack.
Interestingly enough, the top most layer of the back remained smooth and intact with the damage contained underneath. So, at least, there is no danger of cuts. Watch the video below!

Yes, Planet Earth Now Has its own Flag. Pledging allegiance to the international flag of our planet could become a worldwide practice with this exciting design of a flag for Earth.
A new project by Oskar Pernefeldt, a graduate-to-be from Beckmans College of Design in Stockholm, Sweden, sees a new flag for the entire planet emblazoned in scenes around the world and beyond.
The minimalist design of the flag shows seven rings intertwining on a deep-sea-blue background, forming a flower in the flag's middle. Simple but contemporary, the flag evokes the natural beauty of the Earth.
"The blue field represents water which is essential for life also as the oceans cover most of our planet's surface, The flower's outer rings form a circle which could be seen as a symbol of Earth as a planet and the blue surface could represent the Universe." - describes Pernefeldt on his website.
If you can't imagine such a flag in use, Pernefeldt's got you covered. In stunning scenarios envisioned by Pernefeldt, the flag could be part of an astronaut's space suit, displayed proudly outside homes and waved at sporting events.

As reported earlier, YouTuber JerryRigEverything has posted a video on YouTube that clearly showed the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection failing the scratch test usually performed by him on all popular smartphones. When we say "failing," what we mean is that it turned out to be significantly less scratch-resistant than the older Gorilla Glass 4. If you have not checked it out already, take a look at the video below to see what we are talking about.
In their defence, Corning has put forward a few arguments in their interview with Android Authority. They pointed out that the Mohs hardness picks were used in an "uncontrolled manner" and the loads on the picks used by the YouTuber were not monitored. According to the company, the video is invalid as the damages seen on the Note 7 were a result of metallic transfer, a phenomenon which transfers a softer material onto a harder one, after the two come in friction with each other. To be honest, we just think that Corning Gorilla Glass 5 lost its scratch resistance to a good degree, in order to provide for shatter proofing.
