The Sony Xperia S is arriving in the UK in March and so far we know that Three UK and O2 will be the ones to carry the device. The white version of the Xperia s is said to be a Phones4U exclusive.
The Xperia s offers a 4.3-inch Reality display with HD resolution (720x1280), making for the highest pixel density device in droid land along with the HTC Rezound at around 342 pixels per inch. Now, the fact is that anything above 300 is more than the human eye can resolve at a reasonable distance but bragging rights are important in the tech community.

Fujitsu did not have much to display at the CES 2012. They had only ONE really special device to show, a quad-core Android smartphone running on the latest Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.3 (photo above).
The phone currently is just a prototype and the specifications could change before it is announced officially at the MWC this year but it seems mighty impressive as it is. For starters it will run on the quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor, which will take care of all your gaming needs.
This prototype device had a 4.6-inch 720p HD display and a 13.1 MP camera capable of ISO 25,600 sensitivity. The phone will launch duting this year with Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.3 out of the box.

Nokia has officially announced the Lumia 900, as expected, an AT&T exclusive in the US and using the carrier 4G LTE network. Resembling an oversized Lumia 800, the Nokia Lumia 900 has a 4.3-inch AMOLED WVGA display and runs Windows Phone 7.5 Mango, complete with the Finnish company custom Nokia Drive and Nokia Music apps for turn-by-turn directions and subscription-free streaming music.
Inside, there is a 1.4GHz single-core processor, also as in the Lumia 800. On the back is an 8-megapixel camera with an LED flash and autofocus, supporting 720p HD video recording; that resolution is a limit of Microsoft smartphone OS, at present, rather than whatever the optics in the phone itself. Still, you do get Carl Zeiss f/2.2 optics on the new Lumia, and a front camera has an f/2.4 lens.
Nokia has used the extra space inside the injected polycarbonate single-piece casing another thing carried over from the smaller Lumia and the N9 before it to accommodate a 1,830 mAh battery, and the phone itself will be available in either black or cyan. Preloaded is a special CNN app, with iReport features.
