HTC introduced the fitness and health focused app "Fun Fit" alongside its flagship smartphone One M9. Loaded with several helpful features, the application is now available for free from the Google Play store.
HTC has tailored the Fun Fit with a Sense-like fee, coupled with basic features for health and fitness tracking. For instance, the app will offer data related to steps taken, calories burned, time and distance.
These tracked activities will be shown in the form of fancy charts for better understanding of the data. Users can also feed their measurements and set goals. And of course, Facebook integration allows sharing the data with friends and contacts over the social network.
It looks like Samsung isn't the only one taking advantage of Apple's #Bendgate. Samsung made a clever ad of the Galaxy Note 3 has popped up, showing the bent iPhone 6 Plus bowing to the Android phablet.
In addition, HTC and KitKat have also jumped on the Bendgate bandwagon on Twitter.
Sarcastically, HTC notes, "Designed to withstand the most demanding environments. Like your pockets." It refers to the One M8, which is also made of aluminum, but hasn't suffered from bending issues so far. In the other hand, KitKat said it doesn't bend, it Break.
So you've splashed out on the latest, top-of-the-range iPhone XS or Samsung S10+. You've swiftly realized that you now have a seriously upgraded display, memory, and camera, but you're wondering what other cool stuff your state-of-the-art piece of technology can do. For the money you had to spend, it should certainly be capable of almost anything. With that in mind, here are some hacks that can enhance the way you use your smartphone. Of course, most of these things can be done on older generations as well.
One of the main things that people use their smartphones for is to play games. In fact, around 60 percent of users install some kind of game within the first week of purchase. The mobile games market is made up of simplistic games. There are puzzle offerings like Lara Croft Go, and MMO offerings like Sparta: War of Empires. Many people also like to play casino games from their mobile, and there are numerous sites such as https://www.bestcanadacasino.ca/mobile/ which choose the best mobile casinos and deals for players. All these game genres are popular, but there are ways to get more intricate, detailed titles on the phone screen as well.
A Game Boy on Your Mobile
One of the most intriguing hacks in recent years is the one which allows users to turn their device into a Nintendo Game Boy. The portable gaming platform was hugely popular in the 1990s, and the original model and the Game Boy Color have sold over 118 million units worldwide. For those who want to feel the nostalgia of playing all the classic games again, it can be done from a modern smartphone. The Wanle Gamers Console case and the Hyperskin Smartboy Mobile Device are designed to look like a Game Boy, and can play the classic game cartridges on the smartphone screen. But for those that don't want to splash out $80 or so on the kit, there is the option of installing GBA4iOS which is a Game Boy emulator.
Your Smartphone as a Remote Control
Turning your smartphone into a universal remote is another cool hack. You can download a remote control app like iRule, and sync it to numerous items around the house including light switches and consoles. For people wondering what to do with an old phone after upgrading, there are many practical uses. Some people use it as a home security camera with apps like Alfred, which is available for both iOS and Android. This is a great idea for parents who want to keep an eye on their sleeping babies while they are busy in another room. For this purpose, an old phone could also be used as an audio baby monitor when placed in the room with the little one.
There are numerous other cool ideas about how to enhance your smartphone experience. It can even be used as a makeshift Google Home device, which negates the need to splash out on the expensive device.
In so called free time we urge to do something with ourselves. Truth to be told, the choice must be made. So we basically look for some kind of games we will love and enjoy. Sadly, we don't have much time to do that in our own house, because in recent time we're busy with our work. Not all of us are installing such things as video games for variety of reasons.
First of all, sometimes we don't have good PC for computer games. Even if it can work with some older titles, it is disturbing. Second of all, sometimes we don't have time for that. So what's left? Browser games, of course.
Browers Games are for Fun!
Our browser can work as a platform for games too. If we think long enough, there was a lot such things. For example, Neopets, very old and very cool game, still able to work on many computers. We urge to play such things, because it's like Tamagotchi: we care about our „monster", we feed it, we're collecting money for it, then we can arrange a house and do so much other things (like fighting).
So Neopets is one of many browser games, which is cool for us.
Facebook also can provide us with many browser games. The Farmville was a excellent example of the browser games in the social media community. Many people played it because the idea was really cool. But sooner or later games like Stardew Valley or My Life at Portia replaced them, because they weren't stuffed by microtransactions.
Adds in Social Media
The very reason browser games are so popular is because they're for everyone. Whatever you do, it corellates with the rest of the world, rest of the players. As you can see with adds in social media, there are a lot browser games advertised via Facebook (for example). That's because people want to play them and are waiting for new titles in the great market of games. Which is cool, because that means new and newer games for us, the players.
And there are also simple games we can play: puzzles, logic games, mahjongs and cards. We can find sites with them along the whole Internet, so fear not, you have a lot to play. If you're not sure about that, check free browser games on topic which is interesting to you. Do you like strategy games? Simulations? MMORPG? Simple RPG? Everything is able to touch, if you are curious enough. If you type in your browser „free browser games" you'll find a lot of cool titles you can play whole day long. Just remember about eating, those games are really addictive. You have a lot good reasons to play browser games, so pick your mouse and go to play in otherwordly places in your browser!

And the Trolling continues, Samsung makes fun of Apple's iPhone 6 AGAIN, this time in a serious of videos... six videos actually. These videos aims to promote the Galaxy Note 4 over the iPhone 6.
The first video makes fun of the difficulties Apple had with the live stream it was supposed to be sending out yesterday, during its new product introductions. The spoof shows the two genius bar workers, one who is pretending to talk as though he were a live feed breaking up. "You're in technology and you can't handle this?," the other genius bar worker says. Every one asked Apple the same question on Tuesday. Score one for Samsung.
In the second ad, the same two "genius bar" employees are watching what is obviously supposed to be yesterday's Apple iPhone 6 announcement. They rejoice in the introduction of the larger screened iPhones, until they come to the realization that other phones have larger screens (like the Samsung Galaxy Note 4).
The rest of the ads cover things like the Apple Watch, the S Pen, Multi Wimdows and battery life. We've embedded all six below for your viewing pleasure.
