As mobile gaming ages and creates a vast library of exclusive games for itself, it also borrows plenty of classic titles that originated on consoles or computers. Secret of Mana, Grand Theft Auto, Crazy Taxi Classic and Bully are just a few of the old gems you can download onto your phone, but even with all of the games that have made the transition, there's still a few that we'd like to see as an app and we haven't yet.

Let's take a second to look at these entries and talk about what makes them worthy choices.

Shadow of the Colossus (PS2)

Widely regarded as one of the best games of all time and certainly the best out of the three titles developed by Team Ico, Shadow of the Colossus definitely needs to make its first handheld appearance. With the E3 2017 announcement that there will be a SotC remake in 2018, it only seems appropriate to make a port for phones so that people can slay on the go.

With the dynamic gameplay of climbing up colossi opened up to touch screen, we might see some interesting changes to the classic controls - such as swiping up to scale a monster's back and double tapping the screen to plunge your sword into the beast's weak point. Although the final fight did suffer from serious frame dropping, the problem was virtually fixed in the PS3 port - a blueprint that developers should be sure to use when building the game for iOS and Android.

Grabbed by the Ghoulies (Xbox)

From the same people who brought you GoldenEye 007 and Banjo & Kazooie comes Grabbed by the Ghoulies. The whimsical horror game has the player taking on hordes of Halloween baddies as they traverse a haunted mansion in search of the main character's girlfriend. While the game received mixed reviews upon its release, it was eventually re-released in the Rare Replay bundle for Xbox One, and has even gone on to inspire similar titles such as Grave Grabbers https://www.slots.io, a five-reel, 20-payline slot game that borrows heavily from the comedic and animated horror themes featured in Rare's classic.

Grabbed by the Ghoulies also features a soundtrack by legendary video game composer Grant Kirkhope, the same man who created the highly regarded Donkey Kong Country series soundtracks. And with the recent boost in augmented reality games, thanks to Pokemon Go, Grabbed by the Ghoulies can take advantage of the same technology to bring the monster mashing madness right into your home.

Super Mario Kart (SNES)

Since Nintendo has finally gotten with the times and started releasing app games, there's a whole slew of old gems that need releasing on the phone, but none more deserving that Super Mario Kart, a franchise that has sold 90.50 million copies worldwide according to vgchartz.com. With an added online multiplayer mode where people could play with others in their proximity and the addition of tilt controls similar to the Wiimote, Super Mario Kart could be modernized for a whole new generation of gamers.

Although Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 7 are already available portable titles, not everyone owns a system to play them on. However, practically everyone owns a phone. Before we know it, we could be back in the '90s playing the first ever released Mario Kart online off of our phones. Now that's a nostalgia overload.

Regardless of what games are released for phones, the mobile gaming industry will be stronger than ever. It would just help for more console-based gamers to have familiar options at their fingertips in an age where our phones are on us nearly every passing moment of the day. If technology really is going to be the downfall of mankind, the least we can do is make it fun for everyone.

Bingo has been around for decades now and although the Bingo Hall's popularity isn't what it used to be before 2005, it continues to remain one of the most popular games online. On that note, let's now take a look at the two versions of bingo that are the most popular and can be played from any laptop, tablet or smartphone.

75 Ball

This is the version where the grid is 5 x 5 and with the exception of the one in the middle, every one of the remaining 24 squares has a number in it. The central square is free for all. The player who manages to match all the numbers in a line first wins the Line 1 prize and this goes on till Line 5. These lines can be vertical, horizontal or even diagonal.

90 Ball

This one is more popular than the 75 ball bingo in the UK and it's just as popular online today, as it was twelve years ago inside the Bingo Halls. All the tickets have three row and nine columns so the games are much longer than the 75 Ball version. Apart from the Full House prize, there are two other prizes to be won here, namely the Line 1 and the Line 2 prizes. As one can imagine, the Full house prize is usually the biggest one and to win it, you will need to check off all the numbers on your ticket. It's fairly easy and uncomplicated to start with.

Can You Win Real Money in Online Bingo?

As it turns out, you can win real money with online bingo and it's not that difficult either, but you will need a bit of luck and some strategies to increase your chances. In case you are new, don't worry about it, because most reputed bingo mobile sites give plenty of free chances and bonuses to their new players so that they can get used to the feel of how things work.

After months of speculations, rendered images and videos, we can finally get our first look at the much anticipated Samsung Galaxy Note 8, courtesy of SlashLeaks. As you can probably tell, the images you see here are not rendered or concept images; these are the real deal. We are not saying that this can't be just a prototype, but given the fact that we are a little more than just two weeks from the Note 8's official reveal date, it would be safe to bet that this is more or less what we are going to see at the event.

What was immediately noticeable to us is that the Note 8 doesn't look like a stretched out Galaxy S8, like many experts in the field had expected it to be. It's a lot squarer than the S8 or the S8+ with a bit more bezel than either of the two current flagships from Samsung. The dual camera setup can be seen here and also the S-Pen, which does look a bit more stout and that's a good thing, because it makes for a better grip. Do you like what you see? Let us know in the comments.

Anyone who looks at the Galaxy S8 or the Mi Mix instantly appreciates the bezel-less design and it is expected that the upcoming iPhone 8 will also sport similar borderless display. In fact it seems to be the future of evolution for smartphones in general from here on. However, Google doesn't think that it is necessary to adopt that design as their "only" option yet. Make no mistake, all leaks and rumors are still suggesting that the Pixel XL 2 will be sporting a borderless display, but the regular and smaller Google Pixel 2 will apparently, not be as lucky.

Take a look at the picture and tell me if you think it looks exactly like last year's Google Pixel made by HTC or not. I ask this because it looks like that to me at least! Also, if this leak by VentureBeats is to be believed then the Pixel 2 won't have a dual camera either, but then again, that's true for the Pixel XL 2 as well unfortunately.

The Galaxy Note 8 is due to be launched on August 23 in South Korea and we are already receiving reports regarding the Galaxy S9's display. Not that we have a very revealing leak for you today, but it is still quite an interesting bit of information that comes to us via ETNews.

Apparently, the display on the S9 will consist of Y-OCTA panels; a kind of display technology that makes using additional parts for touch detection unnecessary, because these panels have in-built touch modules. While that sounds quite amazing, what does it mean in the real world? Well it means that Samsung smartphones should cost less to manufacture in 2018 as compared to now. This would of course be a result of the fact that Samsung will become less dependent on the other suppliers to supply them with certain parts for their smartphone's displays.

The only device in Samsung's present arsenal which currently uses Y-OCTA panels is the regular Galaxy S8 and not even the Galaxy S8+. This was of course, not a willing decision but a forced one because they simply did not have enough supplies. Let's hope that Samsung will be able to overcome supply problems by the time the Galaxy S9 is released and that is reflected in their final pricing of the product.
