Evan Blass has leaked another image of the Galaxy S8 today on Twitter, which could be the upcoming press release render for the smartphone. The render even has the date on the phone displaying March 29, Wednesday; the official launch date for the two smartphones. From what we can see, it seems that this time around Samsung may launch the Pearl Black color variant right from the start, instead of waiting like it did with the S7 Edge last year. Whether this is the S8 or the S8+, is a bit hard to discern since both devices look essentially the same this year with their curved edge-to-edge displays.

Additionally, we have a leaked video for you as well from Slashleaks on YouTube, which clearly shows the S8 and the S8+ in action. However, the quality of the video is quite bad, as is the camerawork itself. Nevertheless, they do give us a look at the two devices and is worth checking out. Although it' not even close to being launched yet, true to the nature of leaks, we have the first prominent video of the S8 in action. We are not sure who the original leakster is, but this particular video was found on a YouTube channel named MobileFunTV. Unfortunately, the video lasts only 3 seconds or so, which doesn't exactly give us as much time as we would have liked with the illusive device.

What we are seeing here is probably the gold colored variant of the S8+, complete with the famous 6.2-inch edge-to-edge display. In place of the missing physical Home button, there's the soft Home, Back and Menu Buttons at the bottom as expected. We also get a glimpse of what could possibly be the iris scanner, along with the obvious front cam, ambient light sensor, ear piece, etc.

The Galaxy Tab S3 Android tablet was launched by Samsung as expected at the MWC, but so were two other tablets. The tab S3 features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC, 4GB of RAM, 9.7-ich QXGA Super AMOLED display, 32GB of internal storage, expandable micro-SD card slot, 13-mp and 5-mp cameras at the rear and the front, 4G LTE, 6,000mAh battery with Quick Charge support, USB Type-C and the new S-Pen with "tilt" detection.

Both the Galaxy Books are powered by Windows 10 and come with keyboard docs for added productivity. The low-powered 10-inch version comes with a Full HD 10.6-inch LCD display, a 7th-generation Intel Core m3 processor, 4GB RAM, 5-mp front cam, 64GB/128GB storage and expandable MMC support. The more powerful Galaxy Book 12 features a Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2160×1440 pixels. Powering it are a 7th Gen. Intel Core i5 (Kaby Lake) dual-core processor clocked at 3.1GHz, 4GB/8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of SSD storage with MMC support. Both the Windows devices will have support for the advanced S-Pen and all its features. In order to take advantage of the stylus, along with some added features, the two Windows tablet-laptop hybrids will come with quite a few pre-installed Samsung software suits.

We knew Samsung was not going to launch the Galaxy S8 at the MWC this year, but the company did tease the handset with short promo ads hours earlier at the event. Along with that, it was confirmed that true to the rumors, Samsung is indeed going to unveil the S8 at a "Samsung Unpacked" event which will be held on the 29th of March, simultaneously in New York and London. The S8 and the S8+ will probably go on sale from April 21st, but that isn't official yet.

The teaser doesn't reveal much though, except indicating that Samsung will lead the smartphone world into a new era with the Galaxy S8. Nevertheless, there isn't much left to be revealed, thanks to a barrage of rumors and leaks that have been incoming for the last few weeks. The details about the Galaxy S8 series and the two chips which will be powering the flagship handsets when they are launched in March are now out and about. Although most of the info regarding the S8 is based on leaks and rumors, the Exynos 8895 and the Qualcomm SD 835 have already been unveiled by the manufacturers. As you can probably see, it's hard to declare a clear overall winner, although the Mali-G71 MP20 GPU seems to be more capable compared to the Adreno 540 in terms of video recording and video playback. Everything else seems more or less neck-to-neck.
