All the latest rumors indicate that Apple is making an iPhone that will go back to the 4-inch display form factor. We are not yet sure as to what it would actually be called, but the popular opinion on the matter favors the name iPhone 5se at this moment. Arguably, it can also be named iPhone 5e, iPhone 6c or iPhone 7c.

The "leaked" picture shows us two iPhones sharing the frame while lying on top of a wooden surface with the iPhone 5 on the left and the iPhone 5se on the right. At first look, we think that the iPhone 5se will not differ much from the iPhone 5 in dimensions. From what can be seen in the image, the phone on the right will probably have a fingerprint sensor built in its Home button. Other visible features include power and volume buttons on the side and a front camera that has been placed on the left side of the earpiece.

Although the image does not give us any indications as to the hardware that will be sported by the rumored Apple iPhone 5se, many believe that it might have the A8 chipset inside. An 8 megapixel camera on the back and a 1.2 megapixel FaceTime camera will probably also make the cut. Connection options should include LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth v4.2 among others. If all things are to be believed, then Apple is going to launch the device by March this year.

AnTuTu just released its latest score sheets and we took a look at it to find out why the iPhone is considered to be the "King" of smartphones by a lot of experts. As the new version of the AnTuTu benchmark 6.0 app now allows for cross-platform score comparisons with iOS, the iPhone 6s Plus is sitting comfortably on top with a whopping 132620 points! From the look of things, it might be a safe bet to declare that the A9 chip powering the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus has by far, the most powerful mobile GPU yet.

The next most dominant device on the list is the Kirin 950 driven Huawei Mate 8 with 92746 points, but when compared to the number one score on this list, the difference just feels astounding. The Meizu Pro 5 and the Galaxy S6 series, both share the same SoC but the Exynos 7420 in the Meizu inches ahead because of a lower resolution display (1080p on the Meizu Pro 5 vs. 1440p on the S6 series).

After the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus, the older iPhone 6 Plus once again beats the likes of Oneplus 2, LeTV Le1 Pro, Xiaomi Note Pro and the popular Nexus 6p. Although architecture of iOS and Android are different, the results are convincing enough for fans to crown Apple's iPhone 6s Plus as the most powerful smartphone of 2015.

There have been speculations about a 4-inch smartphone manufactured by Apple for many months now. But, it doesn't have any official backing till now. As per some of the reported news, this might change in couple of weeks. The major thing under debate has been the name of this device. From the very beginning some reported it would be called as the iPhone 6c, others started referring it as iPhone 7c, and today a Chinese analyst claims that neither of the names will be used. It will be known as the iPhone 5e, where e stands for "enhanced".

As per a report from MyDrivers, FoxConn is currently working on the production of iPhone 5e and it'll on on sale sometime in March. This device is supposed to be priced at around $500, replacing the iPhone 5s as the new mid-range smartphone. The report also says that the smartphone will feature an A8 processor backed by 1GB of RAM and 16/64GB of storage. The iPhone 5e will have in-built support for Apple Pay and feature voice over LTE. The primary camera will have a 8 MP unit. The report directly denies other rumors that reported about phone's better specs, with an A9 chip, as available in the iPhone 6s series. When it comes to design, the iPhone 5e will look like Phone 5s, though some reports have pointed out that the phone might feature a curved "2.5D" display as found in the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s. In China, the iPhone 5e would roughly cost CNY 3,288, which currently equals $500 or €459.

How would you react if your next iPhone came without the 3.5mm jack? The 3.5mm audio port has been the basic universal standard for all media-capable devices and even basic phones for the last several years. According to the latest rumor about the upcoming iPhone 7, Apple is removing it from their future products. What makes this rumor scarier is the fact that it supposedly came from the iPhone 7 supply chain!

We are unsure as to why Apple would even make this move as we can clearly predict issues with such a decision from the word go. Firstly, the new lightning port is incapable of supporting analog audio unlike the previous Apple 30-pin connector. Even if a regressively proprietary set of costly headphones with built-in amp and Digital-to-Analog Converter is made available, it would definitely strain the battery in addition to becoming far too complicated. Moreover, this would prevent the user from charging the phone while using headphones.

Wireless audio will possibly be a better option if Apple really goes through with this move as your new Apple headsets won't be compatible with anything else you own anymore. In our opinion, the chances of this rumor turning out to be true are pretty slim as the decision would unnecessarily complicate things for the iPhone 7 and frankly, we cannot see a viable reason as to why the company would make such a change to begin with!
