Samsung has just officially Relessed the long waited tablet Galaxy Note 10.1 after it was returned to the R&D center for a specs update and now the tablet is as ready for action as it could be. It comes with Samsung's very own Exynos 4412 chipset with a quad-core 1.4GHz processor, Mali 400MP GPU and 2GB of RAM.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 comes with 10.1" screen, It features a PLS TFT resolution of 1280x800 pixels, making for a pixel density of 149ppi. it also comes with some exclusive apps to take advantage of the stylus, including S Note, S Planner, Crayon physics, Adobe® Photoshop® Touch, and Polaris Office. Samsung just launched the GALAXY Note 10.1 tablet in the United States. The announcement came at a dedicated event in New York.

Sporting a 10.1-inch display with a 1280x800 resolution, the tablet has some serious horsepower under the hood. It runs Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich with a splash of TouchWiz on top on the powerful Exynos 4 Quad SoC, featuring 1.4GHz quad-core CPU with 2GB of RAM.

The recently announced Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet is arriving soon to the UK, Samsung Mobile UK announced on its twitter account that the device will be launched on retailers in the UK this Thursday "16,August".

Samsung Galaxy Note II GT-N7100 device have appeared in the GLBenchmark database, showcasing graphics prowess almost on par with Snapdragon S4 Pro devices with Adreno 320 GPU, which currently occupy four of the top five slots there.

The GT-N7100 scores higher in the Offscreen test than the Galaxy S III, which might mean Samsung will overclock the Exynos 4412 in the eventual Note II to squeeze some extra performance, just like it did with the Galaxy S II and the original Note last year.

Indeed, the System Info tab shows 1.6GHz maximum frequency, whereas the Quad-core Exynos in the S III is clocked at 1.4GHz, hence the boost in the GT-N7100 performance.

We have Good News for Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) and Galaxy Note 10.1 owners who is waiting on fire for the Official Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Update. Luckily, the pre-release OTA Jelly bean files has been leaked for the two tablets.

To be more precise, the leaked OTA files are for the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 (GT-P3100) and the Galaxy Note 10.1 (GT-N8000) and these updates looks very stable after installation, which indicate that the final OTA is very soon.

Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 tablet, back in February during the MWC 2012, the tablet specs was featured a dual-core 1.4GHz Exynos processor along with the S Pen.

According to Korea daily IPD newspaper, the tablet release has been pushed back to June, but for a good cause. The dual-core processor is being replaced with a Quad-core Samsung-Made Exynos 5 processor, most likely the 1.5GHz Exynos 4412 chipset. This changes the Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 from being like a Samsung GALAXY Tab 10.1 with an S Pen, This tablet performance will probably be right off the charts.

The Korean newspaper said that Samsung decided to go with the quad-core Exynos processor as a way to make the tablet more competitive to the new Apple iPad. The Android Ice Cream Sandwich update for the Samsung GALAXY Note has been delayed from last Month to Q2,2012 and we expect the Update later this Month.

Today, an AT&T Galaxy Note device at CTIA spotted and recorded on video running Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.3 with TouchWiz 4.0 with some extra features. Samsung GALAXY Note has just got a New Official Jelly Bean build ROM, the ROM is a leaked version straight from Samsung servers and it's the first official pre-releases update for the Note N7000XXLS7.

The Jelly Bean update brings the original Galaxy Note to Android 4.1.2 and gives it the latest TouchWiz with all the bells and whistles. The ROM also has basic support for Air View, but it's not ready just yet.

Samsung GALAXY S2 I9100 users are patiently waiting for the Jelly Bean update, we saw the pre-released of the S2 jelly bean 4.1.2 a while ago and it was good and very stable but not yet ready. Samsung scheduled the update for a Mid-November release but it was sadly postponed. Good News, Samsung has just Officially announced the Premium Suite Update (Jelly Bean 4.1.2) for the Original Galaxy Note N7000, which is similar to the Premium suite update that Galaxy S III users is receiving currently. It will be based on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean and will bring the Project Butter smoothness and Google Now assistant.

After we reported that Samsung Galaxy S III is getting the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Update in September. Today, PCAdvisor confirmed our info and added that the Galaxy Note is also getting the Jelly Bean Update.

According to these reports, Samsung Galaxy Note will get Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Update before the End of the year, which suggest a Q4 Rolling-out. The update will include all Galaxy Note variants (N7000, I717... etc) for all carriers.

The Update Change-log is not yet available, but according to our sources it will pack Android version 4.1.1 (JB) and some minor UI changes on Samsung's TouchWiz.
