Google Chrome Beta for Android has just been update to v43.0.2357.38 with some critical bug fixes, New Material Animations and a Grey Status bar as default for all non-themed web pages.

 

Chrome 43 BETA also carriers some New Material Design animations when switching to "Reader Mode" or open the bookmark menu. Along with these new feature. now, When purchasing an item, the process of filling checkout forms should be more streamlined and secure thanks to the data that chrome gets from Google Wallet.

Google is already rolling-out the Android 5.0 Lollipop for its Nexus line-up devices. Samsung is also working hard on bringing Lollipop to its latest flagships by the end of this year. Here's the latest Update Status for Samsung's Lollipop Update...

 

International Unlocked Galaxy S5 and Galaxy Note 4 devices will get the update first, it will start Rolling-out by the End this December with some major changes to the TouchWiz UI.

 

 

Other Variants of the same devices (Dual-SIM, LTE-A.. etc) will get the same update starting from Jan,2015. Carriers versions will be a little bit late due to carrier's testing and approval process which always the reason for delaying updates, so don't expect it very soon.

We have published before a list of Mid-range devices that are confirmed to get the Android 5.0/5.1 Lollipop Update. Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime is included on this list, the device has been reported to receive the Android 5.1 Lollipop.

 

Today, we received reports from our sources confirms that the Android 5.1 Lollipop update for the Galaxy Grand Prime is on "Final Testing" process and it should start rolling-out anytime soon in the upcoming few weeks, we still have no exact release date yet.
