Engadget has received a document which shows that Three UK should start selling the Galaxy Note III on September 16. The Sony Xperia Z1 is expected to arrive a bit later - on September 24. At the very bottom of the screenshot we can see that the LG G2 is also headed to Three, being scheduled to go on sale on October 1.
The two most anticipated smartphones of next week's IFA show, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and Sony Xperia Z1, haven't been officially announced, but neither manufacturer has made any secret of their existence.
UK MOBILE RETAILER Carphone Warehouse has said that the Sony Xperia E is going to be arriving on its shelves in February. The web phone shop announced today that it'll start selling the telephone in February, there is however no word on pricing yet.
Announced by Sony recently, the Sony Xperia E will be the latest midrange addition for Sony's Xperia lineup, since the Japanese phone maker continues to move far away from a hero strategy.
The specs of the Sony Xperia E will arrive using a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and a 3.5in 480x320 touchscreen, running Google's Android 4.1 Jelly Bean mobile operating system.
This phone clearly aiming at those who wouldn't like a flashy Android phone, the Sony Xperia E also has a 3.2MP rear-facing camera, no front-facing camera, 4GB of internal storage, a microSD slot, a 1530mAh battery and Sony's usual mobile software including Walkman apps and it is Timescape user interface.
Sony is just spot on with their Prague promotion and attracted a big crowd with their campaign. Hot models displayed the Xperia Z, wet and speaking over the phone. In the shower. This marketing campaign draws quite the attention away from smartphones that are making bigger waves this week, such as the Galaxy S 4 or even the HTC One. We wonder how much the campaign actually draws the attention away from the Xperia Z. Men and women were seen taking their pictures beside the models, who acted nonchalantly wet with the Sony smartphone.
This campaign highlights the water resistance of the Xperia Z. This smartphone features a quad core processor running at 1.5 GHz each, Adreno 320 (GPU), 16GB internal with card slot that can support up to 32 GB extra memory, 2 GB RAM and it comes in Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2. Its best feature arguably is its being water resistant for 1 meter and for as long as 30 minutes (the reason for the shower promo probably).

After a controversial and interesting stint in Prague, the purple Xperia Z will make a splash in UK come April. Although some mobile shops may already be carrying the device on their shelves, it has not been formally launched in the country as of yet.
Most shops and carriers are already accepting pre-orders for the purple Sony Xperia Z, which will surely appeal to a young and hip market. It also comes with the usual black and white versions, for variety.
It is said that there won't be any price difference on different colors of the Xperia Z. This smartphone is waterproof for up to 30 minutes and 1 meter underwater. Its recent introduction in Prague drew quite a number of men and women who watched models in the shower talking over the phone using the Sony Xperia Z. What a way to attract attention, which makes us wonder if they'll do the same thing in UK?

Sony made a very good decision when they decided to launch the Xperia Z, their newest flagship phone. They got ahead of the competition literally by getting launched earlier than the others. When it went on sale, people did not really expect it to do so well, especially since the Samsung Galaxy S 4 has already been launched. Aside from the Galaxy S 4, its main rivals include, the HTC One, iPhone 5, Optimus G Pro, among others.
The Xperia Z is a waterproof design that many find vary useful. It can also be recalled that one of its marketing gimmicks in Prague involved a woman and a man showering and using the Xperia Z, while doing so. Furthermore, design-wise, it has a pretty sturdy build.
This phone is actually quite the underdog. Recently, reports have come out that the Xperia Z has already sold over 40 million from the time that it has been launched (40 days). Also, with Sony's dedication to retain this level of quality in their products, the company should already be proud of what the Xperia Z has achieved in a few weeks since it was launched.

Sony plans to start selling its flagship Xperia Z phone through a U.S. carrier shortly; increased marketing efforts should help things, Sony CEO Hirai said.
Xperia Z managed to be the top-selling phone for six weeks straight in a highly competitive, which's Japan
Neither Sony nor T-Mobile are giving any hint as to when the expected launch would take place, but we would hope soon considering that the Xperia Z has been available internationally for a few months now. It's good to see that Sony is still willing to put in the effort to sell devices to the U.S. market, especially after some serious price drops in its Xperia ZL handset being sold unlocked here.
Sony may have shipped more than 4 million Xperia Z units around the world (as of April). Kaz Hirai did say that sales were going well, but didn't provide exact numbers. In any case, it's clear that there's demand for high-end waterproof smartphones - and this is why Samsung will introduce the Galaxy S4 Active in the near future.
The Sony Xperia Z Google Edition will most likely feature Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, unless Google changes its mind and launches Android 4.3 Jelly Bean by the time the handset is officially announced. Of course, the Xperia Z Google Edition will be part of the the same update schedule that includes the Samsung Galaxy S4 Google Edition and the HTC One Google Edition.
The Sony Xperia Z Google Edition will be developed on the same hardware platform of the original Xperia Z. The Sony Xperia Z Google Edition will boast the same 5-inch TFT display with a resolution of 1,080 x 1,920 pixels covered by a shatter proof and scratch-resistant glass. It will also come with IP57 cretification - dust and water resistant, being water resistant up to 1 meter and 30 minutes.
Obviously it will be identical to the non-Google Edition Xperia Z in terms of specs. Pricing info hasn't been leaked, but a $599 price point is being rumored. Release date is rumored for July.
